Aurexx provides a platform for users to request insurance quotes and information. We are an insurance lead generation platform and a licensed insurance agency (where applicable). We do not underwrite insurance policies; all policies are issued by third-party insurance carriers.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms.

- Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability
Aurexx is not liable for any discrepancies between the quotes provided on our site and the final policy issued by a carrier. Insurance coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the specific policy issued by the carrier. In no event shall Aurexx be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Aurexx is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
